1. 7-Day Unopened Return Policy

Any product with its original outer carton and TrueSeal holographic security sticker intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a 100% refund.

2. Free Base Match Exchange Guarantee

We want you to wear your true shade with confidence. If you purchased a foundation or concealer recommended by ToneMatch and find that the shade does not harmonize with your undertone, we offer one free shade replacement even if the product has been unsealed and swatched.

3. Damaged or Broken TrueSeal

If your package arrives with a severed, voided, or missing TrueSeal sticker, reject the delivery or report it within 24 hours. We dispatch an immediate dock-fresh replacement with zero shipping charges.
